Dengue declining in MPSJ areas

SUBANG, SEP 26: The areas under the administration of Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) have recorded a decline in dengue cases, with 7,309 in the 37th epid-week, compared to 8,344 cases in the same week in 2015.

MPSJ Yang Dipertua Dato’ Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan said that at the moment dengue cases are declining by about 113 cases in the 37th epid-week compared to 173 cases in the same week of 2015.
“There are 20 dengue hotspot areas in the 37th epid-week.
“There are 13 hotspot areas in Seri Serdang, followed by Seri Kembangan (6) and Subang Jaya (1),” he said after the MPSJ Meeting no 8/2016 on September 26.
He said, the Petaling District Office will arrange scheduled monitoring and will prioritise these hotspots.
