Orang Asal community receives flood aid

SHAH ALAM, SEP 28: Thanks to the State Government, the Orang Asal community in this state has never been excluded from receiving all the long-term benefits accorded to everyone else.
A total of 7 Orang Asal families from Sungai Rambai, Pulau Carey received aid from the State Government following the flood incident in their area.

The aid was given by Health, Welfare, Women and Family Development Exco, Dr Daroyah Alwi at the village’s multi-purpose hall last September 26.
In this development, the State Government’s initiative is merely to ensure the community who is less fortunate continue to receive assistance.
Before this, the high tide phenomenon in the state’s waters caused flood in several areas.
