SHAH ALAM, OCT 3: The lack of parking spaces is not something new especially to Petaling Jaya residents with the rapid development and increasing population.
Damansara Utama Assemblyman Yeo Bee Yin urged the state government and local authorities to implement a Smart Parking app to help drivers find empty parking spaces.
“With a Smart Parking app, we do not have to keep searching in commercial areas to find a parking space.
“With developing technology, this will bring benefits to drivers, especially with the increase in population and vehicles,” she told SelangorKini.
In addition, it will also help drivers and reduce double parking and illegal parking issues.
