Viral: MBSA enforcers deterred from duty

SHAH ALAM, NOV 25: A two-minute and ten-second video showing a Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) lady enforcement officer being disturbed by two individuals while performing her duty has triggered many reactions on social media.
The incident which happened at 10.24 am yesterday near Restoran Selera Kampung Subang, Sungai Buloh started when the officer issued a fine on a parked car that has no parking coupon.
The car owner was dissatisfied as she claimed that she has already put a parking coupon in the car. A fight ensued between both of them.
One of the individuals pulled the 23 years old officer’s uniform while another person was seen blocking her, taking photos and trying to touch her body.
A man believed to be a civilian was seen trying to break up the fight while another officer was seen watching the scenario.
It was understood that the officer has lodged a police report at the Sungai Buloh District Police Headquarters at about 11am yesterday.
