MBSA receives 3 awards in conjunction with KPKT Carnival Day 2016

SHAH ALAM, DEC 8: Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has received three awards in conjunction with KPKT 2016 Carnival, on December 3.
Public Relations and Corporate Departmental Head Shahrin Ahmad said the awards are Anugerah Bandar Mampan 2015, Anugerah Pelaksanaan Inisiatif Pembangunan Kejiranan Hijau 2016 and Anugerah Pelaksanaan Inisiatif Pembangunan Kejiranan Hijau 2016.
“This recognition definitely inspires and motivates the employees of MBSA.
“We will continue to be committed and dedicated in enhancing our services for the welfare and harmony of the community and society,” he said in statement.
The awards were received by Deputy Mayor Shukri Mohamad Hamin from Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT) Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar in a ceremony held at Dataran Merdeka.
KPKT 2016 Carnival Day, with the theme ‘Bandar Mampan Komuniti Sejahtera’, combined four other KPKT annual celebrations, namely World Heritage Day, World Town Planning Day, Recycling Day and National Toilet Day.
