Smart City Blueprint – reference for Smart Selangor

SHAH ALAM, DEC 6: The Smart City Blueprint Action Plan can be a reference for the rakyat to evaluate the effectiveness of the Smart Selangor agenda that is being implemented by the State Government.
Education, Human Capital Development, Science, Technology and Innovation Exco Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad said the reference can be used comprehensively to strengthen the development of Smart Selangor.
“This blueprint is a reference for public and private sector employees and the rakyat to observe and evaluate the State Government’s commitment to develop Selangor as a Smart State.
“It can be used as a guide for the rakyat towards a more efficient Smart City,” he told SelangorKini.
He said this after visiting the Selangor Smart City exhibition at The Hotel Saujana, Kuala Lumpur.
Nik Nazmi had previously represented Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali to launch the Smart Selangor blueprint.
The launch was witness by Menteri Besar Incorporated CEO Raja Shahreen Raja Othman.
The two-day Selangor Smart City International Conference involved delegations from Barcelona, Taiwan and Amsterdam.
Its focus will prioritise the Smart City idea through the involvement of all government agencies and industry players, including the general public and private sector.
