SHAH ALAM, JAN 13: The final deadline to return the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) parking scratch-coupons for 2016 has been extended to January 31, 2017.
MPSJ Corporate Deputy Director Azfarizal Abdul Rashid said this is to give more time to the public to get their money back from unscratched an unused coupons.
“This is however, subject to the conditions set by MPSJ,” he said.
“Among the conditions are that the coupons must be in good condition and reimbursement is only in cash.
“Any returns after January 31, 2017, will not be entertained,” he said in a statement.
Before this, MPSJ had set December 31, 2016 as the date final date to return the coupons.
Azfarizal said the coupons can only be returned at the MPSJ Headquarters and Godell Parking Sdn Bhd.
MPSJ Headquarters is located at Persiaran Perpaduan, Jalan USJ 5, Subang Jaya and can be contacted by telephone at 03 – 8026 3145.
Meanwhile, Godell Parking Sdn Bhd is located at No.33, Jalan Bola Jaring 13/15, Seksyen 13, 40100 Shah Alam and can be reached at telephone number 1800 – 88 – 1221.
