“This initiative is a joint effort between the State Government and Tourism Selangor to increase the number of domestic and international tourists to Selangor.
“I believe this is the beginning of many more opportunities for Selangor to form bigger cooperations to introduce Selangor to outside communities,” she said.
The MOU Signing Ceremony was also witnessed by Firefly Executive Director Ignatius Ong and Tourism Selangor General Manager Noorul Ashikin Mohd Din.
With the MOU, Selangor leads in terms of state tourism product marketing by advertising via air transportation.

Meanwhile, two aircrafts on the Singapore – Subang Jaya route are used for this promotion.
The images of the aircraft bodies show the beauty of the state’s tourism products such as Sekinchan, Klang, Shah Alam and Carey Island.
Not only that, but posters are also supplied onboard the aircrafts to provide more information to passengers regarding the state’s tourism industry.
