MBSA mobile office in Bukit Rimau this weekend

SHAH ALAM, FEB 1: The Shah Alam On Wheel (SAOW) Mobile Office will be operated in the AEON Big carpark area, in Bukit Rimau, Seksyen 32 on this February 4.
The Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) Corporate and Public Relations Head, Shahrin Ahmad said this gives public the opportunity to carry out their transactions on a weekend without having to go to the counter.
He said, among the services provided are, assessment tax verification and payment, parking fine verification and payment, complaints and parking coupon sale.
“We hope the public will take this opportunity to facilitate their dealings with MBSA.
“We also hope this initiative will further strengthen MBSA’s service system to benefit the community,” he said.
The mobile office will operate from 11 am until 5 pm.
In 2014, SAOW was introduced to facilitate the public to conduct their transactions beyond office hours which is on weekends.
MBSA managed to collect RM490,404 through the SAOW service last year.
