Road between SACC Mall and PKNS Complex upgraded

SHAH ALAM, FEB 7: Jalan Perbandaran, the road between SACC mall and PKNS Complex, is currently undergoing some upgrading work with a cost of RM2.5 million.
PKNS Real Estate Sdn Bhd (PREC) Chief Executive Officer, Fakru Radzi Ab Ghani said, the project involves upgrading of the sidewalk, bicycle path and landscaping which would provide result in a wider, nicer and convenient path for pedestrians.
He said, the upgrading work is aimed to enhance economic activities particularly for the younger generation who likes to venture into hipster-café business.
“The road will be more child-friendly for parents with strollers. We provide facilities for youth to open up hipster-cafes along this road,” he said when met recently.
Fakru Radzi expect the work to be completed by April.
He said, PREC also renovated the ‘Blackbox’ multipurpose hall on Level 2, SACC Mall which benefit graduates and artists as well as the mega-scale gravity hall in PKNS, Shah Alam.
“This initiative is consistent with Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali’s aspiration to turn Shah Alam into a World Muslimah Fashion Centre and Art City,” he said.
