KUALA LUMPUR, MAR 10: Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali paid a visit to Dewan Negara Senator, Prof Madya Dr Muhammad Nur Manuty at the Al-Islam Specialist Hospital in Kampung Baru yesterday.
He also took the opportunity to discuss Dr Muhammad Nur Manuty’s health during the visit at the Al-Farabi ward.
“Alhamdulillah, his condition is stable and he looks healthy. Doctor’s initial report also confirmed that he is in good health.
“But we want to be sure that his treatment is working and he is in good health with the ability to continue his service at state level or in the party,” he said after the visit.
Mohamed Azmin who was accompanied by the People’s Justice Party Deputy President, Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin, spent almost half-an-hour with Muhammad Nur Manuty.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Nur Manuty, when met, thanked Dato’ Menteri Besar who came to visit him.
“This gives me the strength to continue to pray to Allah SWT to improve my health so that I can continue to serve especially to prepare for the coming election,” he said.
Muhammad Nur Manuty was admitted to hospital yesterday for follow-up treatment concerning stone in his gall bladder.
He is now still waiting for detailed report from the hospital but currently his condition was reported as stable.
