PDTK practise working culture of integrity

KLANG, MARCH 17: Klang District and Land Office (PDTK) always practice work culture of high performance and integrity in delivering services to the community.
Klang District and Land Officer, Mohd Zainal Mohd Nor said the department carrying out the functions of integrity unit since 2014 along with the establishment of the Integrity Unit in the Secretary of State.
“The element of integrity is one of the important ethical and pulse to achieve work results.
“In addition to the establishment of the integrity unit, we also participate in and control a number of programme related to integrity by targeting awareness and understanding to all PDTK employees,” he said when signing the Pledge of Non-Corruption (IBR), at PDTK office, here, today.

Prior to that, it is understood PDTK also has worked with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Selangor in the success of Travel Program Integrity at Pulau Ketam, last year.
“I’m sure all the staff are transparent because before this we established an Audit Committee intends to audit the procurement and finance to detect any leakages in the PDTK.
“In addition, with the MS ISO 9001: 2008 and 5S certification, work  procedures are constant and have to be fulfilled by all the staff as if everything followed, then we believe we can prevent in the event of corruption or abuse of power,” he said.
He himself does the surprise checks on all financial records and procurement officials in the Finance Unit and Unit Results.
“So far, during my service at PDTK, there was no case of corruption or abuse of power among the staff.
“I hope today IBR programme can give a message to the State Government, government departments and agencies and the public that we are committed to free from corruption,” he said.
