MPSJ issued 16 notices of illegal waste

SUBANG JAYA, APRIL 28: 16 Notice of Compound (NTK) and one confiscation been given out by the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) for the enforcement of illegal waste, as far as last March.
Yang Dipertua MPSJ, Dato’ Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan said, all NTK issued under Law Collection, Removal and Disposal (UUK PPPS) MPSJ 2007.
He said eight NTK issued under Section 4 of the offense to throw any rubbish in public areas.
“While six NTK issued under Section 12 for the offense of industrial waste and trade waste, while the remaining two NTK had been issued under Section 6 of the offense of does not provide trash bins at business premises,” he said.
At the same time, Nor Hisham said MPSJ perform a paid rubbish collection for a residential area (landed property), beginning 1 April.
“The minimum charge imposed is RM30, and RM150 apply if the full load of the truck.
“For half a truck load was charged RM100 and RM50 charge for a one-third load cargo trucks,” he said.
