Central Spectrum prepares long-term plan

BY LIZAWATI MADFA
KLANG, JUL 4: Central Spectrum Sdn Bhd (CSSB) has prepared a long-term plan to ensure its continuous profitability.
Chief Executive Officer, Mahmud Abbas, said the plan includes rental services for its warehouses, commercial buildings and others to generate income.
He said, the plan however requires sufficient reserves to be successful.
“One day, we may not have any more industrial properties to be sold while our cash will surely deplete.
“Therefore, we must be prepared with a long-term plan and we are certain that it will succeed with the support from the State Government and the commitment from everyone,” he said to SelangorKini.
CSSB has been actively promoting the Pulau Indah Industrial Park (PIIP) with the concept of ‘Managed Industrial Park’, ‘Gated and Guarded’, green and equipped with a 20 kilometres of bicycle lane.
PIIP covers an area of 3,500 acres and is expected to generate RM15 billion worth of investments within 20 years.
Phase 3 is in progress, covering 800 acres with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.2 billion.
