Chance to contribute ideas for Selangor’s progress

SHAH ALAM, JUL 3: The Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI) has provided an opportunity for local university graduates to contribute ideas for the state’s progress through the 2017 MBI Internship Programme.
MBI Chief Operating Officer, Soffan Affendi Aminudin said, the initiative is being implemented jointly with the cooperation from other State Government’s sudsiadiaries.
“MBI targets 30 students from various field consisting of accountancy, IT, law and technical.
“Students who are absorbed into this programme will have the opportunity to contribute their effort, ideas and energy into the programme which has been outlined.

“Overall, the activities will be aimed to spur socioeconomic growth, CSR and the state’s prosperity,” he said in a statement.
He said, MBI is taking the module used by renowned world corporations which implement systematic programmes.
He said, the module provides training and exposure in leadership skills, job skills, work ethics and other exposures which are adaptations from world renowned corporations’ apprentice programmes.
“This programme is specially for graduates in critical fields which will produce competitive professionals.
“Meanwhile, from a corporate standpoint, this responsibility is being distributed to fulfil the original objective of state’s subsidiaries who are entrusted to generate commercial returns and provide jobs and business opportunities for the benefit of Selangor citizens,” he said.
