SHAH ALAM, JUL 10: The Selangor Fruit Valley (SFV) is now actively developing its phase two to ensure better service and infrastructure for visitors.
Selangor Argicultural Development Corportation (PKPS) General Manager, Tamby Omar Mohamed said, it includes the development of empty lands to hold field activities and Village Houses based on Selangor’s architecture.
He said, SFV will also be completed with a fold for goats other livestock.
“We will try to emulate a village environment particularly for foreign tourists,” he said at the Agro Tourism Launch Ceremony recently.
Besides that, Tamby Omar said, other developments include a 400-acres Durian Farm, Gaharu Farm (50 acres) and fish-food processing area (30 acres).
He said, SFV is also planning to build a research building and seminar rooms besides a dedicated area to develop the Kelulut Honey project.
“This include activities under organised by the Agro Generasi Muda Selangor (AGROGEMS).
“The kelulut breeding project will be expanded into Kelulut Valley to include research and development,” he said.
