SHAH ALAM, JUL 21: Real estate developer, Worldwide Holdings Berhad is offering Easy Ownership Scheme for Cendana house in Puncak Bestari 1 with a deposit of only RM5,000.
Worldwide Holdings Project Head, Noor Azmi Ali said, the potential home buyers will enjoy a special new package including a seven-percent bumiputera discount as well as sales and purchase agreement (SPA) and memorandum of transfer (MOT) at no cost.
He said, the real estate at Puncak Bestari 1 offers the concept of luxury homes with attractive surrounding and strategic location.
“The project involves a 124-acre land where almost 70 percent of the houses are sold.
“Puncak Bestari is a strategic and potential location with a main access facility and it is close to a major hypermarket, higher education institute and a recreational centre,” he said.
Noor Azmi said, the project offers four house categories with exclusive and modern design features.
He said, the four categories are Cendana (double-storey terrace), Cengal (double-storey semi-detached house), Belian (double-storey bungalow) and Jati (commercial lot) which are fully completed with Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
“There are 208 units of Cendana, ranging between 2,290 to 2,338 sqft in size with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
“Meanwhile, there are 48 units of Cengal which is 2,345 sqft; 40 units of Belian with 2,545 sqft and 34 units of Jati,” he said.
He also informed that they are in the process of developing the first phase of Puncak Bestari 2 housing project.
