Rumah SelangorKu Taman Bunga Raya Phase 1 sold out

SHAH ALAM – Phase 1 of the Rumah Selangorku  (1A sub) Project at Taman Bunga Raya, Bukit Beruntung, which was built by MK Land Holdings Berhad, were sold out before its official launch on January 19.

Its Group Chief Executive Officer, K Mohanachandran, said the Rumah Selangorku Project was developed to respond to the demands of many to provide affordable homes to the people.

He said the 1A subfunction was among the four subfaces and all 1A phase units were identified by its owners  due to the extremely favorable demand.

“We want to help the people of Selangor in particular, to own their own homes rather than to rent.

“Hence, registration for the 1C phase sub phase was also opened Monday,” he said in a statement.

Mohanachandran said among the main factors that the buyer chose to purchase these houses were an attractive design, the cost of building reconstruction was re-channeled to Rumah SelangorKu to improve the quality of the house, strategic location and facilities provided besides cheap prices.

The Subfasa 1A comprises 109 units of D double storey terrace houses priced at RM250,000 per unit while the 1C subfases total 101 units of D terrace houses.

Substation 1A is expected to be ready for keying in January 2021.

A total of 1,385 units of the Selangorku House will take about seven years to complete.
