5.0-magnitude earthquake hits Indonesia

HONG KONG, June 5 — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 122 km WNW of Ternate, Indonesia at 13:12:32 GMT on Thursday, reported Xinhua news agency, quoting the US Geological Survey.

The epicentre, with a depth of 15.61 km, was initially determined to be at 1.2598 degrees north latitude and 126.387 degrees east longitude.
