SERENDAH, Sept 26 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is targeting to sell seven units of its properties valued at about RM5 million in Antara Gapi here through the ’48-Hour Must Buy’ campaign which starts today.
Its chief operating officer, Siti Zubaidah Abd Jabar said the corporation is offering discounts of up to 20 per cent for selected units through the campaign.
“The two-day special promotion is the sixth series of the ’48 Hour Must Buy’ campaign with special offers for those intending to buy real estate here.
“The 48-hour campaign was previously held on Aug 31 in conjunction with the Merdeka Day and we managed to sell 30 units of properties in several locations in Selangor valued at more than RM21 million,” she told reporters after officiating the campaign in Antara Gapi here.
Siti Zubaidah said there were five property projects covering an area of 385.50 hectares involving three residential housing projects and two commercial centres valued between RM500,000 and RM800,000 per unit.
She said among the housing projects developed in Antara Gapi since 1995 were Azhara, Cassia and Lavender.
“Cassia and Azhara have been fully completed and buyers can move in immediately, while Lavender is expected to be completed by year-end.
“The residential units are made up of two-storey link houses, two-storey semi-detached houses and semi-detached houses, while the commercial centre offers two-storey shop offices,” she added.
Siti Zubaidah said Antara Gapi is one of the best real estate projects offered by PKNS as its location is equipped with comprehensive facilities and infrastructure.
She said Antara Gapi is also surrounded by lush greenery and is suitable for buyers who want to enjoy peace and serenity of living away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
