Jobseekers, employers to meet virtually via MyMalaysia Career e-Fair

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 — Jobseekers and employers will have the opportunity to meet each other virtually at the upcoming three-day MyMalaysia Career e-Fair, happening from November 28 to 30.

In a statement today, Money Compass Media Group chief executive officer Amy Seok said the virtual fair, which is expected to attract 20,000 visitors, is a user-friendly platform to seek job opportunities, counselling and job guidance.

“It will also facilitate many direct recruiter-to-jobseeker conversations, thereby increasing the probability of selecting the right candidate.

“The event will provide various facilities to visitors such as accessibility to directly undergo online interviews with the selected company or potential employer of their preference,” she said.

Themed “Helping you to be employable during the pandemic”, the e-fair is organised by Celik Wang, Money Compass Media, Max Capital Management, Malaysia Literacy in Financial Education Association and uLearnMONEY, an online financial literacy platform.

A special webinar will also be held on the first day titled “Biar Celik, Jangan Pelik” (“Be Literate, Not Perplexed”) to elevate and enhance the financial knowledge of Malaysians during these uncertain times.
