SHAH ALAM, Dec 3 Black Dots Marketing Sdn Bhd, brand owner of Russell Taylors, has beaten 122 other shortlisted contestants to emerge as champion of the Top E-Commerce Merchant Awards (Top ECM) this year.

The kitchen appliance company clinched the top spot for having secured the highest cumulative points in relation to judges’ marks and the number of sales and orders to win RM12,000 in cash, a trophy and a certificate.

State Investment, Industry and Commerce and Small and Medium Industries Committee chairman Dato’ Teng Chang Khim said the merchants behind the e-stores should be recognised and lauded for their efforts and achievements.
