RHB employees in Bangi test positive for Covid-19

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 7 — RHB Banking Group has confirmed that two of its employees from the RHB Complex in Bangi, have tested positive for Covid-19.

In a statement yesterday, RHB said the said employees were last present in the office on November 27 and 30, respectively, and are currently under quarantine.

“RHB is assisting relevant authorities with contact tracing efforts, and as an added precaution, employees who had come into close contact with the affected employees are also being placed on home-quarantine,” it said.

The bank added that deep cleaning and sanitisation activities have been carried out in accordance with the Health Ministry guidelines.

“We have taken all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees and the community,” RHB said.
