Water supply in Klang, Shah Alam fully restored

SHAH ALAM, Dec 21: The Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) announced that all areas in Klang and Shah Alam that were affected by water disruption due to a burst pipe have received full water supply at 5pm today.

This follows the completion of the repair works earlier this morning to the burst pipes on December 20 at Jalan Seruling 59, Taman Seri Andalas, Klang.

“We would like to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period,” a post on Air Selangor Facebook page read.

“Air Selangor seeks the cooperation of users to report any incident of leakages or broken pipes in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya to ensure that action can be taken immediately,” it said.

Consumers are advised to obtain official information regarding water supply disruptions through Air Selangor communication channels via the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter sites as well as Air Selangor website, www.airselangor.com or dial the hotline number at 15300 to be connected to the communications centre of Air Selangor.
