SHAH ALAM, Jan 17 — The BooksFly2U book loan service launched by the Selangor Public Library Corporation (PPAS) continues to operate to borrowers loaning books from any public libraries in Selangor.
PPAS said the service offered also include returning of borrowed books.
“The borrowers have two choices either to use the e-hailing service such as Grab or Lalamove to pick up the books they have ordered,” it said on a Facebook post.
The BooksFly2U programme was launched on July 16, 2020, which allows borrowers to make an order for a book by phone.
Library staff will arrange for the books to be delivered within two days, with the cost of the delivery borne by the borrower.
The orders can be placed by Whatsapping to 0108491488 or call 0355197667. The service is available every day from 9am to 5pm, except on public holidays.
