Bukit Gasing rep adds two more Covid-19 screening locations in PJ

SHAH ALAM, Jan 26 — Two more locations have been opened for the Covid-19 rapid testing operation in Petaling Jaya, which offers the screening as low as RM70.

Bukit Gasing state representative Rajiv Rishyakaran said the Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit (RTK-Ag) is used during the programme and is targeted towards the lower-income level (B40) group.

The screening initiative is open to all, both locals and foreigners, and participants can walk-in to be screened. Payments are to be made by cash.

“I am happy to share that we have expanded our initiative! It is now in two locations. Go and get tested at RM70 only. Let’s work together to curb the spread,” Rajiv wrote on his Twitter account yesterday.

The locations include the Rakan Muda Centre at the PJ Arena Complex and the MBPJ Multipurpose Community Hall.

Rajiv said the operating hours for the screenings at the Rakan Muda Centre is from 10am to 7pm and 1pm to 5pm at the MBPJ Multipurpose Community Hall, every Monday to Sunday, except public holidays.

Previously, the screening was limited to residents in Bukit Gasing, which was held at the PJ Polyclinic, Klinik Kim near Petaling Jaya and Klinic One Medic in Puchong.
