Changes in Covid-19 assessment centres locations, operating hours

SHAH ALAM, March 29 — The Selangor State Health Department (JKNS) has announced changes to the locations and operating hours of several Covid-19 Assessment Centres (CAC) in the state.

It said the change in location and operating hours involves the CAC in Gombak and the operating hours of the Hulu Langat CAC.

Through a Facebook post, JKNS announced the closure of two centres in Kuala Selangor.

The following are the latest locations and operating hours of all the CACs:

Stadium Malawati
– Monday to Friday (9 am to 12 pm)

Pandamaran Hockey Stadium
– Monday to Thursday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm) – patients’ clinical assessment
(2 pm to 5 pm) – home assessment monitoring

– Friday (8.30 am to 11.30 am) – patients’ clinical evaluation
(3 pm to 5 pm) – home assessment monitoring

– Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm) – patients’ clinical assessment and home assessment monitoring


Taman Kajang Utama community hall (Hulu Langat)
– Monday to Friday (8 am to 1 pm)


Telok Panglima Garang, Telok Datok and Bukit Changgang
– Monday to Thursday (2 pm to 4 pm)
– Friday (3 pm to 4.30 pm)

Jenjarom
– Monday to Thursday (10 am to 1 pm)
– Friday (10 am to 12.15 pm)

Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi Mini Stadium
– Monday to Thursday (8 am to 1 pm)
– Friday (8 am to 12.15 pm)
– Saturday and public holiday (9 am to 12 pm)

Bestari Jaya
– Monday to Friday (2 pm to 5 pm)
– Saturday to Sunday and public holiday (8 am to 1 pm)

Sungai Besar, Sungai Lima, Sekinchan, Sabak, Parit Baru, Sungai Air Tawar, Bagan Terap, and Merbau Berdarah
– Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
– Saturday to Ahad (8 am to 12 pm)

Members of the public may refer to the complete CAC contact list and its operating hours on the JKNS’ Facebook page.

The CACs were set up by the end of January to assess patients’ conditions to ascertain whether it is safe for them to remain quarantined at their homes or required to be sent to the Covid-19 Treatment and Quarantine Centres (PKRC).

If further treatment is required, the patients will be referred to the hospital.
