MB: Free Covid-19 screening for Shah Alam, Kota Damansara residents on Sunday

SHAH ALAM, March 5 — Residents around Shah Alam and Kota Damansara are encouraged to participate in the Covid-19 screening for free on March 7.

Selangor Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said the programme starting from 9am to 4pm will take place at Dataran Otomobil, Section 15, in Shah Alam.

“Residents of Kota Damansara who live in the nearby area are encouraged to undergo the screening at the Section 2 Multipurpose Hall,” he wrote on Facebook.

On March 6 (tomorrow), the Covid-19 community screening will take place simultaneously at the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) Resak Hall, Subang Perdana, in Shah Alam and the Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) Multipurpose Hall, in Seri Kembangan.

To register, the public can download the SELangkah (Step in, safely) mobile application and use the function ‘Saringan’, or visit screening.selangkah.my.

As of February, a total of 4,352 individuals participated in the Covid-19 community screening programme which also involved 894 senior citizens from 32 senior folks’ care centres.
