MDKS e-sports competition draws over 200 participants

SHAH ALAM, March 19 — Around 300 participants are expected to participate in the Kuala Selangor E-Games Festival 2021 which begins tomorrow.

Dxstream Esports Club president Abdul Aziz Shari said as many as three e-sport categories will be contested which are Mobile Legends, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PuBG) and FIFA21. 

“So far, we have received 200 participations for the overall category. For PuBG, the participation date has closed.

“However, registration for Mobile Legends and FIFA21 is still open until three days before the competition starts,” he said when contacted.

He said a total of 144 participants will be competing in PuBG tomorrow.

Organised by the Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS), the Kuala Selangor E-Games Festival 2021 offers an overall prize of RM8,000.
