SHAH ALAM, April 2 — PKNS Real Estate Sdn Bhd (PREC) is organising the Selangor Ramadan Festival (Festira) that includes online selling from March 26 to May 12.

Selangor Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said a total of 500 traders at the Kompleks PKNS in Shah Alam and Bangi, as well as at the SACC Mall, participated in the programme which was also carried out physically.

“All traders can sell and display their products through two mediums, which are at the stall lots and at BazaarLokal.com. This measure is an initiative to curb the spread of Covid-19.

“This festival makes it easier for the public to prepare to celebrate fasting and Aidilfitri,” he said after officiating the Bazaarlokal and 2021 Festira at the SACC Mall here today.

According to him, the number of Festira’s traders will be increased if there is a demand.

“Those who registered will get a rebate on the rental. We encourage traders to join this programme because we want them to be exposed to digital transformation.

“In the long term, BazaarLokal.com will be combined with the existing platform to enter a larger market,” he said.
