Four easy steps for Ramadan bazaar traders to register on e-commerce platform

SHAH ALAM, April 16 — Selangor Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has invited Ramadan bazaar traders in the state to register their businesses on the e-commerce platform, Platform Selangor (Plats) for the convenience of customers.

He said they only need to complete the registration in four easy steps for free through www.plats.com.my.

“Selangor Ramadan bazaar traders, register your business at Plats so that residents in the local or nearby areas can easily track the business and buy from you,” he posted on Facebook today.

In addition to browsing the Plats website, the next three steps are to click on ‘Register Your Shop Plats E-Kitchen’, fill up the personal and business details and submit an application.

The e-commerce platform started last year with the launch of the Plats e-bazaar, the first digital Ramadan bazaar in the country due to its absence following the Covid-19 outbreak.

The programme was improved through Plats 2.0 on April 11 and the state government is targeting more traders to participate in the e-kitchen programme in line with the development of the digitalisation era and it will run continuously not only during Ramadan month in a bid to help the people in generating income.
