By Khairul Azran Hussin

SHAH ALAM, April 8 — The Selangor Pakatan Harapan (PH) is expected to conclude its seat distribution negotiations for the state for the 15th general election (GE15) by the middle of the month.

Its chairman Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said talks with DAP and Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) party leaders had included focusing on state seats that were previously contested by Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).

“We will try (to finalise it) as soon as possible, InsyaAllah (God Willing) during the first week of Ramadan the seat allocation will be resolved fairly.

“I am confident that Selangor will remain under PKR with a comfortable majority,” said Amirudin during the launch of the PKR main operations room in Section 13, here last night.

Amirudin, who is also the Selangor Menteri Besar, said that the party is certain the people would be able to assess PKR’s ability to head the state administration.

“Perikatan Nasional does not have much left and are losing support, which is why they are afraid to hold the parliament sitting,” he added.
