EMCO lifted, Selangor back to phase one of recovery plan

SHAH ALAM, July 17 — Selangor is now back in Phase One of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) following the lifting of the enhanced movement control order (EMCO) in its 34 subdistricts yesterday.
