Malaysia’s Covid-19 cases continue to soar at 9,353, slight dip in Selangor

SHAH ALAM, July 10 — Malaysia has registered the highest number of daily Covid-19 cases at 9,353 today, surpassing the record-high 9,180 infections reported yesterday.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on a Facebook post today stated that Selangor topped the list of states with the highest number of cases, at 4,277, which saw a decline compared to the 4,400 infections recorded yesterday.

This is followed by Kuala Lumpur with 1,398 cases, Melaka (835), Negeri Sembilan (638) and Johor (399).

The number of cases recorded in Johor is at (399), Kedah (364), Sarawak (352), Sabah (251), Pahang (247), Pulau Pinang (180), Perak (135), Kelantan (89), Labuan (85), Terengganu (50), Putrajaya (39) and Perlis (4).
