Water supply in Hulu Langat region fully recovered

SHAH ALAM, Sept 30 — Water supply in five affected areas in the Hulu Langat region following the scheduled maintenance work involving valve replacements has been fully restored at 3am, today.

The affected areas are Bandar Sungai Long, Taman Bukit Palma, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Green Park Residence and Balakong.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) on Facebook thanked the consumers for their patience and cooperation during the scheduled water supply disruption period.

On Tuesday, water supply to those areas was disrupted due to the scheduled maintenance work involving valve replacements at three locations, namely Taman Sri Indah Balakong, Cheras Inlet, and the main divider substation in front of The Mines.

The maintenance work was complete at 6am yesterday and water supply was restored in stages.
