Water supply in Sepang, Kuala Langat fully restored

SHAH ALAM, Oct 20 — Water supply at 145 areas in Sepang and 11 areas in Kuala Langat regions have been fully restored at 7am today.

The unscheduled water supply disruption started on October 18 following the pipe burst incident near Simpang 3 LBJ, Jalan B48, Kg. Chinchang, Salak Tinggi, Sepang.

Emergency repairs on the burst pipe were completed four hours earlier than scheduled at 2pm yesterday.

“Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) would like to thank the consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period,” it said in a statement on Facebook at around this morning.

Consumers are advised to get official information on water supply disruption through the Air Selangor application, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or text Air Selangor at 15300, and any queries and complaints can be submitted to the Help Centre on the website www.airselangor.com.
