SIBS 2021 paves way to larger markets

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 — Trade exhibitors at the Selangor International Business Summit 2021 (SIBS 2021) have described the annual regional summit as an excellent platform to promote their business and products to the global audience.

“SIBS 2021 has provided the platform, and we need to grab the chance to introduce and position our products and services accordingly.

“Based on the feedback we received on day one, I am confident that we can go far,” he said when met at the Foresight Industries booth set up at the Selangor Research and Development (R&D) and Innovation Expo at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, here yesterday.

The summit is slated to be held for four days from November 18 to 21, and it is a platform for international businesses to use Selangor as a springboard to tap into the broader Asean market.

Meanwhile, Aerodyne Group Business Development senior executive Lyana Norzan said the company would like to use the opportunity provided by SIBS 2021 to promote its wide range of drones.

“When talking about drones, most people usually think of drones as being used for wedding photography.

“Therefore, we want to promote the various drone services which have gone beyond personal use and are widely utilised in many vital sectors, including data and technology industries.

“For the exhibition, we brought along several drones used for various services including mapping, agriculture as well as a drone used in confined spaces,” said Lyana, who added that SIBS 2021 is a crucial platform to help them promote the latest drone technology.
