Temporary suspension of climbing activities in Selangor forest reserve

SHAH ALAM, Nov 30 — All climbing activities at the permanent forest reserve (HSK) in Selangor will be temporarily closed, starting tomorrow.

In a Facebook post, the Selangor State Forestry Department (JPNS) said the closure is effective until January 31, 2022.

According to a poster shared by the department, individuals who violate the suspension can be penalised under the National Forestry Act (Adoption) Enactment 1985.
