SHAH ALAM, Feb 12 — A free health screening programme is scheduled to be held in the Bandar Utama state constituency for residents of Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, on February 19.

Its state assemblyman Jamaliah Jamaluddin said the programme, in collaboration with Assunta Hospital Petaling Jaya, will run from 8.30am to 12pm at Balairaya Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara.

“The programme aims to help reduce the burden of those living in the area who are earning a monthly income of RM2,500 and below monthly.

“Thus, I would like to invite residents in the area to take this opportunity to check up on the status of their health,” she told Selangorkini.

She said those interested can sign up online at http://tiny.cc/KlinikKayuAra with the complete documents required.

“Residents need to furnish their salary slip or proof of their monthly income, while Social Welfare Department recipients need to have a confirmation letter to apply for the Assunta Hospital’s Social Welfare Outpatient Programme (SWOP) card,” she said.
