SHAH ALAM, March 30 — The Ehsan Food Price Intervention Programme continues on as it sets up in two more locations this Saturday, said the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation (PKPS)

They are Blok 7, Perkarangan Pangsapuri Seksyen 7 in Shah Alam and Jalan Sekolah Batu 9 in Kebun Baru, Sijangkang. The sales will begin simultaneously at 9am until 1pm.

“Come and buy chicken, fresh beef, chicken eggs and frozen fish as well as cooking oil packets with us,” PKPS said in a Facebook post.

The weekly sales programme takes place every weekend with a target of 64 locations statewide, to help reduce the people’s burden in light of the rising prices of daily necessities.

Asides from eggs and chicken, other products sold through the programme include fresh meat at RM35 per kilogramme, mackerel and selayang fish (RM8 per pack) and cooking oil.
