The Selangor State Secretariat Office said the applicants must be first-year students who have received an offer to study full time in Bachelor’s degree, Diploma and Level-Four Malaysian Skills Certificate at public and private higher learning institutions.
“Log on to http://hpipt.selangor.gov.my/ to apply. For further enquiries, please contact HPIPT Secretariat at 03-55447385 or 03-55215523,” it said on Facebook.
According to an infographic shared along with the post, it stated that the applicants must be Malaysian citizens born in Selangor or residents of the state for at least 11 years.
HPIPT was started in 2008 to help students from low-income families who received an offer to further their studies in public and private universities.
