SHAH ALAM, May 16 — The Hari Raya Aidilfitri open houses organised by the Selangor government will be held at the Taman Melawati Bazaar Ramadan site, in Gombak tonight.
The event from 8pm to 11pm will feature art performances and the distribution of ‘duit raya’ packets to the guests by Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.
The state’s open house events which tour all nine districts in Selangor will be held during the day or night, for a week until May 21.
The programme kicked off yesterday at the Dewan Serbaguna dan Kompleks Sukan Daerah Hulu Selangor and was attended by about 5,000 visitors of various races.
