State provides technical support to Selangor Saring users

SHAH ALAM, May 24 — The state government has provided two methods for the public to get technical assistance and information on the Selangor Screening programme (Selangor Saring).

State executive councillor for public health Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said the first method is available under the customer’s service option in the SELangkah mobile app which is linked directly to the Telegram messaging app.

As for the second method, she said applicants can engage with the Selangor Saring Telegram chatbot by clicking on the link t.me/SELANGKAHMY_bot.

“Do you need help in using Selangor Saring? Join the Selangor Saring Telegram (chatbot) or visit the provided link,” she posted on her Facebook today.

The state government has allocated RM3.4 million for the implementation of the Selangor Saring focusing on providing free screenings for the people in the state.

Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said the programme is expected to benefit some 39,000 people especially those at risks such as those with a family history of ailments, individuals who are overweight and those living unhealthy lifestyles.
