SHAH ALAM, June 29 — The Selangor International Islamic University College (Kuis) and Mikaza Drg Sdn Bhd (Mikaza) have signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to develop a portal system for Smart Selangor Technical and Professional Skills Initiative (Iktisass).
Kuis said the MoA, signed on June 22, aimed to provide youths with expertise and prepare them before entering the working world.
“Kuis has been entrusted by the Selangor government with an initial fund of RM200,000.
“This portal will be developed for the convenience of participants who enrol in the courses to get the latest information from time to time,” it said in a Facebook post.
The MoA was signed by Kuis deputy rector (Student Affairs and Alumni) Abdul Razif Zaini, while Mikaza was represented by its chief executive officer Azizan Johari and project director Thaniah Ahmad.
The event also saw the launch of the chatbot application on the Kuis website worth RM150,000, which was donated by Mikaza to help channel information and interact with visitors, especially students.
