SHAH ALAM, July 1 — The Jualan Ehsan sales carnival that offers goods and produce at affordable prices in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha will be organised at five locations from July 5 to 8, between 9am to 2pm.

Selangor Agriculture Development Corporation (PKPS) chief executive officer Dr Mohamad Khairil Mohamad Razi said fresh whole chicken will be sold at RM15 each, grade B eggs at RM12 a tray, cooking oil at RM2 per packet, fresh meat at RM35 per kilogramme and frozen fish at RM8 per packet during the programme.

He said the four-day programme will also sell rice, glutinous rice, mini ketupat, flour, bottled cooking oil and sugar.

“Each location will have 2,000 chickens, 1,000 trays of grade B chicken eggs, 1,700 packets of cooking oil, 1,000 kg of fresh meat and 100 packets of frozen fish.

“Purchases are limited and set at retail. Only two units for each item are allowed for each buyer,” he said in a statement.
