MBSJ enforcement dept celebrate 25th anniversary

SHAH ALAM, August 18 — The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) Enforcement Department celebrated its 25th anniversary yesterday.

MBSJ said the ceremony was officiated by the Subang Jaya mayor Datuk Johari Anuar at Dewan Serbaguna USJ 7 in Subang Jaya.

“Also launched during the event was the department’s new flag and the pinning-on ceremony for the new rank insignia on the enforcement director, four sergeants and 12 corporals by the Mayor,” it said in a statement.

MBSJ said its Enforcement Department was established on November 9, 1997, and has shown continuous commitment and full dedication in facing challenges.

Earlier, it said a total of 239 enforcers of various ranks consisting of enforcement officers (Grade KP52 to KP41), as well as assistant enforcers (Grade KP29 and KP19), were present during the ceremony.
