SHAH ALAM, Aug 13 — The Kuala Langat Municipal Council (MPKL) has issued 10 notices to the homeowners in Taman Langat Utama, Kuala Langat, for constructing additional structures without permission.

The offence is committed in accordance with Section 46(1)(a) of the Street, Drainage, and Buildings Act 1974 (Act 133), which states on the setting up of a wall, fence, rail, post, or other public obstruction.
