Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said under the initiative the state will fully cover the cost of tuition fees of Orang Asli children who continue their studies and provide the students with a living allowance of RM600 per month.

“As a show of the state’s additional commitment to support the Orang Asli community, this application is also open throughout the year.

“The Selangor government greatly appreciates the contribution made by this community towards the state’s prosperity. Hopefully, this initiative will bring benefits and lighten their burden,” he said on Facebook yesterday.
