Close to 1,400 Hulu Langat residents participate in MPKj health screening

SHAH ALAM, Sept 26 — Some1,397 residents of Hulu Langat joined the free health screening programme organised by the Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) and the District Health Office.

The Jelajah Agenda Nasional Malaysia roadshow which took place at Dataran MPKj @Stadium Kajang prepared various types of health and dental checkups, pap smear tests, breast screenings, and consultations with medical officers.

Other events at the programme include family breakfast picnics, health and interactive exhibits, a mobile exhibit launch and recycling bins, cooking demonstrations, colouring contests and clown performances.

In a Facebook post, MPKj said the launch of the mobile exhibition is for dengue exhibition activities in the surrounding housing areas.

Similarly, the Tong Go Green With 3R MPKj by KDEB Waste Management (KDEBWM) is aimed at housing community facilities, to dispose of recyclable items.
