SHAH ALAM, Sept 4 — The 2022 Selangor Entrepreneur Expo (Selbiz) provides opportunities for start-up entrepreneurs and small traders to introduce their respective products.

Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) deputy chief executive officer (Corporate and Entrepreneurship) Suhaimi Kasdom said the expo also serves to promote these products to a wider audience.

“Selbiz assists in increasing the business network of PKNS entrepreneurs through a ‘business-to-business’ approach.

“At the same time there are chances for entrepreneurs and members of the public to obtain information directly with the entrepreneurial agencies involved, like Halal Street UK and Tekun Nasional,” he said.

Suhaimi was speaking at the officiation of the 2022 Selangor Entrepreneur Expo (Selbiz), held at the Shah Alam Convention Center (SACC) yesterday.

He added that PKNS is aiming for 10,000 visitors or so, and RM1 million in transactions.

Selbiz 2022 was launched by state executive councillor for entrepreneur development Rodziah Ismail, and will run for two days from 10am to 10pm.
